Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping Policy:
Orders over $150 include free shipping and will be shipped using USPS or UPS - free shipping applies to US only.
Orders are shipped out in order that they are received. If you need an order shipped immediately, please send your requests to shipping@littlepopcolorshop.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
All orders will ship with a tracking number once your shipping label is created and will be sent to you via email if provided at checkout. If you did not receive a tracking email please check that your email address is correct on the order.
Please note: We offer a mix of products shipped from our storefront and select items dispatched directly from our suppliers' warehouses. When you order multiple brands, each may have its own shipping timeline. We encourage you to review the estimated delivery dates for all items in your account's order history.
Incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned...please double check your shipping address before placing order. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if this occurs though and we can share next steps.
Return Policy:
In-Store:
Returns are accepted in-store within 30 days of purchase. Please note that seasonal items are NOT returnable after the holiday. We ask that returns are unused and in original condition. All sale items are final sale.
Online Orders:
Email returns@littlepopcolorshop.com with your order number to begin your return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of items being received (as shown by your tracking number). We ask that return requests are only made for items in unused and original condition. Returns are refunded within 14 of being recieved. Please note that seasonal items are NOT returnable after the holiday.
As a small shop, we unfortunately cannot cover your shipping costs for your returns. We can provide a return shipping label upon request, and that amount will be deducted from your total return. Returns for us are always a conversation and we're committed to quality service in our return process, including fast communication, processing, and answers to your questions. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure happiness with your purchase, and thank you for your understanding.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged while being returned without proof of delivery to us at Little Pop Color Shop. Items that are purchased from an after-season sale, or from our sale section are not eligible for return. Please pack breakable items with care - the journey can be a rough one.
